These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all commercial transactions, product inquiries, and services offered by Gulf Rider Pharmaceuticals and Medicine Store (“Gulf Rider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging in any business with us—whether through our website, email, or in person—you agree to these Terms.

2. Business Scope
Gulf Rider operates in the distribution and wholesale of:
Human pharmaceutical products and medical devices
Veterinary medicines, supplements, and pet food
Equine products and horse tack via regional tack shops
Our services are available across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain.
3. Order Process
a. Inquiries & Quotations
All product and pricing inquiries should be submitted through our official communication channels. Quotations issued are valid for the duration stated in the quotation (typically 15–30 days) unless otherwise noted.
b. Purchase Orders
Confirmed orders must be submitted in writing (email or signed PO). Gulf Rider reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be defined at the time of quotation or contract. Accepted methods include:
Bank transfer (preferred for B2B)
Cheque (UAE clients only)
Cash (in-person tack shop purchases)
Late payments may be subject to penalties as agreed in individual contracts.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timeframes are estimated based on product availability, location, and import conditions.
Gulf Rider is not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or force majeure.
For horse tack and accessories, delivery may be available via regional courier services with applicable charges.
6. Product Returns & Claims
Pharmaceutical and medical products are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or supply error on our part.
For veterinary items or tack shop purchases, returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt and will only be accepted if the item is unused and in original packaging.
All return or replacement requests must be approved in writing.
7. Warranty & Liability
Warranty terms vary based on product type and manufacturer. We will assist with warranty claims where applicable.
Gulf Rider is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or misuse of any products once delivered.
No liability is assumed for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Compliance & Certification
All products distributed by Gulf Rider comply with relevant UAE Ministry of Health, GCC Drug Regulatory Authorities, or International Medical Device certifications (e.g., CE, FDA) as applicable. The customer is responsible for ensuring any additional local licensing or approvals required for their usage.
9. Intellectual Property
All product images, brand logos, documents, and marketing content remain the intellectual property of Gulf Rider or its partners. They may not be reused, resold, or copied without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Amendments
Gulf Rider may update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or agreement will apply.
